Mountain Club is surrounded by dense oak forests stretching out for miles from the door of the Club. Bhimtal is famous for it's beautiful lake, Which is even larger then the Naini Lake, its serene enviroment and picturesque mountains. The surrounding forest is extremely rich in Himalayan wildlife and various birds of high altitudes. There are several treks leading from the resort through the dense forest to the surrounding lakes. |

Accomodation:
The Resort has a choice of Studio. One & Two Bedroom apartment. All units are furnished with a sofa cum bed, and partial kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, hob with four burners. All units have television with satellite connections, telephones. Highlights: The Lake Region of Bhimtal, Kumaon, Uttaranchal. In close proximity to Nainital there is a constellation of Lakes - the Sattal group, the sacred Nal Damayanti Tal, Bhimtal and Naukuchiatal-Together, these lakes comprise the“ Lake Region Bhimtal”, the central and the largest lake, is a historical area that provides diverse settings to satisfy every expectation of the visit. |

Getting there: By Rail: Ranikhet Express from Delhi to Kathgodam is a convenient overnight train with AC sleeper coaches; arrive Kathgodm at 5:30 AM and drive up to Mountain Club over 22 km or 40 mins. An alternate train is Uttar Sampark Kranti Express, departing Delhi at noon and arriving Kathgodam around 11 PM. By Road: 300 km from Delhi via Hapur bye pass,
Gajraula, Moradabad bye pass, Rampur, Rudrapur, Haldwani, Kathgodam,
Ranibagh, Bhimtal. Approx. drive time, 6 hrs.
